When are you going to be in my area?

We are constantly on the go please visit our event calendar or you an call or e-mail us and we will be happy to give you a list of Fair and Trade Shows in your area we will be attending.

Do sell your products in department stores?

NO, we do not sell in stores.  The only way to get our quality products is directly from us.  BEWARE OF IMITATIONS!

My product is not working properly, what can I do?

Call us at 952-932-2993 Monday -Thursday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm CST and one of our friendly associates will be happy to assist you with whatever problem has arisen.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with a product that you have purchased from us, we will be more than happy to refund your the purchase price within 60 days of purchase.  Please send the complete product along your name, address and contact telephone number to the address below.

Depending on how the purchase was made, will determine how the return is handled.  If the original purchase was made with cash or check, you will be issued a company check within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.  If you paid with a credit card, please be advised that the refund does have to be issued back onto the card used to make the purchase. 

I live in the area, do you have a place where I can come and make a purchase to save on shipping charges?

Yes, we are located in Hopkins, MN and we have office hours Monday - Thursday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  We are a small family business and are only open to the pubic by appointment.  Appointments times are flexible and if someone is available can be made from 8am to 8pm  Seven days a week.!
